Outlined below are the terms and condition for all goods bought through our website. Our aim is to be fair to you the customer. Terms do not affect your statutory rights. By purchasing from the website you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and condition laid out on this page. Please also reference the conditions laid our under our Returns Policy. Customers must report/dispute non delivery of order within 7 days of the recorded delivery date that the courier tracking states delivery took place as this is the time frame our couriers will allow us to open a dispute. We will settle all disputes in relation to delayed, lost or damaged by a courier within 10 working days (2 weeks) of first communication of issue with our office. This is to allow our couriers time to locate & resolve any delays or damages. When confirmation of the order is received, it indicates that your order is being processed. It does not indicate a contract exists. Only when we have completed processing the order does the contract between buyer and seller come into effect. This clause is to safeguard against an error in pricing or if a listed item is no longer stocked. In the case of a price change or if a product is incorrectly priced, we will contact the customer to ensure the amended price is acceptable before proceeding with the order. If an ordered item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how best to proceed. Customers from within the European Union are protected by the EU Distance Selling Directive. Returns Policy We wish to ensure that all goods supplied meet the needs of our customers. Should you need to return an item(s) to us, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined below.
FAULTY GOODS
• If your goods are faulty you are entitled replacement or repair, refund or store credit
• If you have a faulty item, please notify us by email using our Contact Us page
• Provide us with the order #, the item and a brief description of the fault • Customers can then opt to:
• pay the shipping costs involved in returning the item(s) to our premises
• or alternatively they can drop the goods to our depot (please check in advance that we have item in stock)
CHANGE OF MIND
• Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to return the goods to us for a full refund, Or store credit to the value of the cost of the item (excluding the delivery fee)
• Please notify us by email using our Contact Us page
• Provide us with the order #, the item and detail your intention to return the product
• Customers can then opt to:
• pay the shipping costs involved in returning the item(s) to our premises
• or alternatively they can drop the goods to our depot
• Customers must return the goods where they are fit for resale and in its original and undamaged packaging
REVIEWS & TESTIMONIALS
• We reserve the right to not publish reviews and testimonials
• In general we publish as many as we can but profanity, slander, spam etc. will not be accepted
• In general, we only publish reviews that we can verify were actually customers to avoid anti-competitive measures by competitors
• Also reviews which are left regarding product issues that customers have not tried to resolve with us first, will not be published
• We really do appreciate customers feedback but unfortunately the internet being what it is, this is the policy we have had to adopt
